In Animal Farm, the two 'leaders' Napoleon and Snowball were in such a dispute of a building project on the farm that Napoloen refused to speak to Snowball for quite some time.
Have you ever been so against the decisions of another person that you let it affect your relationship in such way that you didn't speak to them for a long period of time?
What was the situation? How was it resolved, or was it at all?

I have been in a situation where someone's decision affected our relationship. In my case, it was with my sister years ago. She was just out of college and she was my big sister so of course I wanted to hang out with her a lot. But she decided that other things and people were more important, so I didn't see her a whole lot. Then, during the planning of her wedding, I didn't like the way things dealing with our family were being handled. So as a result we did not speak for a little over a year. But the situation was resolved, but it took a little growing up by both of us. Now we talk all the time and she's my best friend.
