Anxiety.

The girl in my book is suffering from panic attacks and no one can figure out whats causing them. Have you ever experienced anxiety or had a panic attack? If so, what were the reasons that brought it on? Was it because you were to stressed fom school? Sports? Boy problems? Girl drama?
