Assumptions
In my book there is a person who is very rich and is known as an arrogant jerk, even to people who have never met him. Have you ever made an assumption when meeting someone for the first time based on what others have told you? Did it turn out to be the truth or were they different than expected? Why do people believe anything that someone tells them and why do we rely so much on others opinions rather than forming our own?

i think automatically whan you see someone you judge them and all though you dont try to, you do. if you saw someone who has tattoos everywhere and peircings everywhere you might get scared and they might be the most nice christian people you have ever met! and if someone you know tells you all about this person that you dont know your going to probrbly belive them before you make a decision on your own.
ReplyDeleteYes i make assumptions all the time and its usually a bad idea... I think we all know what happens when we assume things... just saying... But I am usually wrong. Sometimes I think people make assumptions to make themselves feel better. Or when someone appears to act a certain way it is hard not to judge them. I understand that we shouldnt but it is kind of human nature to judge others.
