I think it would depend on what they were doing wrong. If they were killing people then I would definitely turn them in. But smaller things I think I would talk to them about it and give them a chance to hopefully change. Thats what friends are for. To let you know when somethings wrong.
I would talk to them about it before anything else. I would let them know that what they are doing is wrong and that I strongly disagree with whatever it is. But if that person and I have a shared trust in each other then I probably wouldnt turn them in, depending on the sitation of course. Like if they killed someone then yes I would turn them in! lol but if it was something little, but nothing major then I would keep it to myself.
I agree that it depends what they were doing. I would talk to my friend to find out if they know what their doing was wrong and if they planned to change. It they were putting their life in danger or dangering other peoples lives then I would turn them in, if not I would try to help them turn their life around.
I would probably try to confront them about it first and if they didn't see what they were doing wrong then I would probably turn them in, because they are hurting themselves and possibly other people. If they were killing people or hurting people seriously I would definately turn them in without thinking twice and hope that they would eventually see that they were wrong and understand what I did was for their own good.
