no, there arent good reasons for someone to act snobby. they should be humble about the blessings in their life they sholdnt go around boasting it to everyone.
Not really, but the person judging their snobbishness could be reading them wrong. What if that person just doesn't socialize well? Or what if they are going through a really tough time and can't function well? But just in general, no, there really isn't any excuse for genuine pride.
