In my book, everytime Julie hears a specific long song come on the radio she begins to cry because it reminds her of Kyle. Is there any song that reminds you of a person? Is this good or bad?
My aunt and uncle have a special song together, and it happens to be one of my favorite Frank Sinatra songs, "The way you look tonight". I like hearing all the different versions of it and it makes me happy to have a reminder of them since they live all the way in California. I miss them bunches, so hearing that song is bittersweet.
There are some songs that remind me of people. For the most part I think they are all good. I think they remind me more of moments or past situations than people really. For instance, when me and Victoria were on our way to football homecoming there was a song that we blasted and were dancin to and everything and now everytime I hear that song thats what I think of. So the songs that bring back memories are always good memories for me.
Yeah some songs can come on the radio and remind me of friends or ex byfriends or even current boyfriends. Some of the songs are bad like some remind me of the stupid stuff that i have done but then some remind me of the funny times were me and my friend would sit in her car in an empty parking lot and dance till we couldn't dance anymore....or until my grandma called aand told us to get our butts home.
i have several songs that remind me of people and different things that have happened. like tik tok will always and forever remind me of bobby burr on new years. and ferglicious reminds me of a guy that i work with (that one is a long story). and a lot of death cab for cutie songs remind me of this past summer that i spent with tori and ryan. most of the songs that remind me of people are good, but there are some songs that i hear that make me cry everytime i hear them b/c they are songs that bring back painful memories.

Sometimes I would rather not remember, but they still make me giggle or smile because the song usually brings me back to a specific moment. Sometimes there are songs that remind me of friends that have moved away or passed away and when I hear them, they make me cry. These are not bad memories, but they bring tears to my eyes because I miss them so.
There isn't really one song that reminds me of an individual but songs like Young by Kenny Chesney or Your Gonna Miss This because they make me think about the past and all the good memories that I have. I love the song Stealing Cinderella because it always reminds me of my dad and all the things we have done together.
