In my book this kid named Jerry refuses to sell chocolate for a school function. Have you ever refused something for school or church? If not how do you feel about people who refuse?
I've never refused to do something like that, I can think of many fundraisers in which i didn't put out my best effort for, but never have I flat out refused to do something to raise money for school or my church. As for what I think of the people who do refuse, its whatever floats their boat. Obviously they have a reason not to do something, so that is their deal. But if they choose not to participate in the funraising just because they are lazy, thats kinda sad I think.
I usually do my best to help out. Sometimes other things come up like work and homework but I have never refused to help out. I don't understand why people don't want to help out, I understand that people can't do it every single time. But its really not that hard to at least make an effort to help out. There's no reason to flat out say no, school and church usually doesn't ask to much of you.
Well, I have refused to do a couple things. Mostly because it didnt sound fun, or was something that I could but my heart into. But people who refuse to everything are just plain stupid (if this is you im sorry), but you can at least help with one thing.
