In my book, two people meet after two years prior of last seeing each other. They have never spoken to each other, but they remember the other well by their face. Has this ever happened to you? Or is the memory earased after such a long time after seeing only a stranger?

ReplyDeleteYes this has happened to me! The summer before last I was working and this guy came in and I didn't talk to him or anything and then a couple months later I saw him at school. It was weird because the first thing he asked me was if I worked at Nike and I was like yeah I do!!!!! I think there are some faces that stay in your memory and some that don't. I dont know why they stay in my memory sometimes...but they do!
ReplyDeleteYea it sometimes happens. Or I will like see someone I though I have seen before and it turns out it was just some random person tha looked like the person. Yesterday I seen a lady at the landing and then at target. We both looked at each other and I secretly bet she thought I was stalking her.
ReplyDeleteThis hasnt really happend to me I dont think... That sounds kind of crazy, but cool. To recognize a complete stranger after so much time, I have a hard time recognizing people I have known for a few years. When people move away from our school sometimes they move to ozark (where I live) and they will see me at walmart and come up and talk to me and say they had my dad as a teacher in middle school. I get the idea that they know me but I have no clue who they are so I act like I know them...and everyone can always tell when they arent recognized it becomes the most akward situation ever. So, I wish I had this ability!
ReplyDeleteThat happens to me ALL the time!!!!! I will see people who I knew from Branson or the Boys and Girls club, at the Landing all the time! And I will see people who graduated a couple years ago, or just see people around that I just glanced at once before. The other day I saw a lady who I have seen a million times before. I dont think I will ever forget her face, even though I dont know her.
