Ummmm...no because Im happy with the way I am and Im not afraid to be different. I have my own style and my own way of doing things, if somebody doesn't like the way I am then they just need to get over it. Im not gonna change for anybody else.
When I was a freshman I possibly would have. I hate to admit that, but it is very possible. At this point in high school, I wouldn't change the way I am for anyone. I have realized that this is the way I am and I like being me! If people dont like me or the way I am then they arent really my friends and they dont matter. The way I think about it, is that I won't know these people in a few years so why try to impress someone who i wont see next year and for a person who obviously doesn't even like me or they wouldnt be talking bout me negatvly. So heck no! :)
Yea i am with Becca. You will mot likely never see these people again so why change to please them? And when you get to college most people dress in sweats to be comfortable anyways so those girls who are talking about you are going to get a huge reality check when they find out the way you dress is not as imporant in collage than it is in high school.
I wouldn't change. I shouldn't have to, if a person can't see past the way I dress or act, then thats their problem and its not mine to fix. Obviously if I'm the only thing they can find to talk about then I' not the one who needs to get a life and change, they are. ha! -_-
I honestly don't think I would change the way I dress or act. I dress to be comfortable and I don't see any problem with that. If someone else doesn't like it then thats their opinion but who really cares anyway. It not like the clothes that someone wears gives them a different personality. Some people need to realize that not everyone has $150 to go spend on a pair of jeans that they will never wear. Even if I had a $150 to spend on whatever I wanted it wouldn't be an outfit to impress a couple of stuck up girls.
If you asked me that question two years ago I probably couldn't have answered no and been honest. I used to be really concered of what people thought and whether they were talking bad about me, but over the last couple of years, realizing I will be leaving this school soon and everyone will be going their own ways and I won't have to see those people ever again if I don't want has helped me become comfortable with myself and not worry about what people think,I just remind myself constantly how many days left till graduation. Besides when I get to college it won't matter whether or not I was the "popular" or "best dressed" kid or not.
